Basic development process

The development process will involve several steps before completion.

1. Meet with the client to discuss their vision of the site.
2. Mock-up designs will be submitted to client for approval.
3. Static page created so the client can interact with the chosen design.
4. Site developed from client approved design.

At each step, the approval of the client will be required before moving to the next development stage.
Step 2 & 3 will take an average of 2 (two) days each, based on client approval.
Step 4 will require at least 5 (five) days of development time, based on the client supplying digital versions of ALL content.

Information required from client

All text for the site must be supplied in either unformatted MS Word or plain text format. Please, NO PowerPoint or Publisher documents as this will just increase development time and thus increase costs to the client.

All images should be supplied in TIFF or BMP format of the highest quality possible so that they can be manipulated to fit the new site. Web images will not be sufficient.

A colour chart with RGB, Pantone or Hexadecimal colour codes would be appreciated so that we can correctly match the client’s corporate identity.
